Team Moulton is a tight-knit, hardworking team driven by a commitment to service, to electing better leaders up and down the ballot, and to changing our country for the better. We’re looking for creative, kind, and mission-oriented folks to join us in these efforts.

We are an exciting and diverse community of individuals throughout Massachusetts’ Sixth District and beyond. Team Moulton started with an idea of bringing a new generation of leadership to Washington. Seth has continued to work toward that goal, both within his own endeavors in Congress and in the staff he hires, but also through his organization, Serve America. Job Description
This opportunity provides people with the unique opportunity to develop professional and personal skills, specifically in the world of congressional re-elect campaigns, politics, service, and leadership.
Ambassadors will be involved in promoting Representative Moulton's reelection, along with other candidates down the ballot and nationwide, through various outreach methods. Direct voter engagement through phonebanking, social media outreach, and direct media placement are just some of the ways ambassadors will reach out to voters. The exposure to direct voter contact allows for our ambassadors to make an impact and learn a significant amount about voter persuasion methods.
Team Moulton Ambassadorship Details
Please note that due to COVID-19, our campaign is currently operating completely virtually. All activities and operations are organized virtually, using various digital conferencing and communications tools. We are waiting to see how the situation evolves and will adapt as needed to ensure that you are able to conduct all campaign activities safely and effectively, regardless of whether at home or in our office. You are not required to be in the Massachusetts 6th District area to be a Team Moulton Ambassador.
Who are we looking for?
This opportunity is open to all levels, for individuals who are highly motivated and have a passion for our mission. For some, this opportunity will serve as a chance to augment their resume, while others will use this to explore a new interest in the political field. We are looking for Ambassadors who are particularly energized to learn and dedicated individuals who can work individually and in team settings.
Team Moulton Ambassador Operations
Being a small team allows for collaboration throughout the campaign. The applicant (if accepted) will have the opportunity to work closely with campaign leadership. More information on the campaign operations can be found below. Opportunities to work on tasks and operations beyond the scope of what’s listed below can and likely will arise.
Direct Voter Contact: Utilizing various outreach methods to educate, persuade, and identify voters who will cast their ballot for Seth in the Democratic primary and general election. Methods may entail: phonebanking, textbanking, canvassing, attending local Democratic and other activist meetings. Team Moulton will be making significant efforts to support select down-ballot candidates and service-minded Democrats nationwide, as we work to expand the Democratic majority in the House and to flip the Senate.
Communications: Broadcasting the Moulton campaign's message to a wide audience both within the district and beyond. This includes amplifying Seth's message via social media platforms, as well as utilizing traditional media, such as writing letters to the editors of local newspapers.
Research: Team Moulton Ambassadors will act as the eyes and ears of our campaign, flagging important events happening in the district. We want to know about local issues, other campaigns' activities, and other developing news items.
